These Terms of Service govern your use of this website (poukosyn.com), operated by Poukosyn Ltd. (“Poukosyn,” “we,” “us,” “our”). They cover this website only — they do not cover use of our products themselves, which each have their own Terms of Service (see Section 2).

This site is provided to describe Poukosyn Ltd. and its products and to let you get in touch. You may not use it to violate any applicable law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its normal operation.
2. Our Products
Poukoledger and PoukoCrew are separate products, each with their own Terms of Service governing actual use of that service — Poukoledger is live and its terms are published at poukoledger.com/terms. PoukoCrew is pending — not yet launched, so it does not yet have its own terms. Signing up for or using either product means you accept that product’s own Terms of Service, in addition to these website Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
The Poukosyn name, logo, and the content of this website are the property of Poukosyn Ltd. or used with permission. Nothing here grants you rights to that intellectual property beyond viewing this site.
4. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Poukosyn Ltd.’s liability for any claim arising from your use of this website shall not exceed CAD $100.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.
